手機外殼注塑模具設(shè)計

摘 要
模具工業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的今天，CAD/CAM技術(shù)以其先進的制造方式已經(jīng)逐漸成為模具設(shè)計制造的主流方式。而注塑模具作為模具工業(yè)的一個重要的分支，CAD/CAM技術(shù)在注塑模具的生產(chǎn)制造中使用得最為廣泛。UG NX作為CAD/CAM中的一個標(biāo)志性的軟件，具有強大的三維設(shè)計功能，是注塑模具設(shè)計的強有力幫手。        
本論文以手機外殼為例,對其結(jié)構(gòu)及其注塑工藝進行了分析。在UG軟件環(huán)境下,運用Mold Wizard模塊,對手機外殼模具進行了在前期準(zhǔn)備、工件分型、加載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件和建立冷卻與澆注系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計,并介紹了設(shè)計過程中的原則，從而展現(xiàn)使用UG/Mold wizard模塊進行注塑模具設(shè)計的優(yōu)越性。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, as the mold industry growing, CAD/CAM technology with its advanced manufacturing methods has become the mainstream form of mold design and manufacturing. And the injection mold is an important branch of industry, CAD/CAM technology in injection mold manufacturing is the most widely used. As a  symbolic software in CAD/CAM, UG NX has a powerful 3D design function, and is a powerful helper of the injection mold design.
This article takes the example of mobile phone and analyzes its structure and molding process. In the circumstance of UG software, use Mold Wizard module for mobile phones shell molds in preparation, job classification, standard parts and building cooling load and the pouring system to design, and introduce the principles of the design process, thus showing advantages of using UG / Mold wizard module to design the injection mold.
