圖書(shū)信息管理系統(tǒng)

摘 要
面對(duì)科技的高速發(fā)展，日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，現(xiàn)代企業(yè)必須極大的提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。這樣一來(lái)，對(duì)于私有企業(yè)，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力下，追求效益的動(dòng)機(jī)極大的決定了銷售商品和提供服務(wù)的方式。首先就是要減少大多數(shù)辦公的工作量并提高工作效率。研究表明，電子文檔管理可將處理能力提高三倍。
本論文主要論述了圖書(shū)信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和制作，包括：圖書(shū)信息管理系統(tǒng)的流程分析、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、程序編寫(xiě)、系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行調(diào)試等。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用Visual foxpro 6.0數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)。圖書(shū)信息管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行不僅能夠提高管理人員的工作效率，更能夠通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析對(duì)書(shū)店的圖書(shū)情況有更好的了解，是制定書(shū)店發(fā)展計(jì)劃的重要依據(jù)，也是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)統(tǒng)籌安排的參考。

Books Information Management System



Abstract
Modern enterprises have to increase their competition ability with the rapid science and technology development, stand for domestically market competition. Thus to private enterprise，the profit motive,operating under competitive pressures,largely determines how these goods and services are saled. First to reduce the workload and improve the productivity of most offices. A study indicated that electronic document management can triple processing capacity.
The design and coding for the books information management system are presented in this paper,it includes the flow analysis,structure design,program coding,and the debugging of the system.The system runs with Visual foxpro 6.0 database.The application of the books information management system not only improves the manage efficiency,but also through statistic data can the best understand the situation of bookstore ,is important reference for the company head to make arrangement and plan for the future development to bookstore.
