摘要:
以乙基蒽醌為原料, 在由重芳烴和四丁基脲組成的混合溶劑中進(jìn)行氫化得氫蒽醌; 再經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng), 制得含過(guò)氧化氫的混合溶液,在經(jīng)過(guò)分離提純得濃度較高的過(guò)氧化氫。研究了溶劑、氫化工藝以及催化劑等因素對(duì)氫化反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明, 較佳的氫化條件是: VAr:VTBU =3.55:1 , 氫化溫度為55℃-65 ℃,氧化溫度為53℃-58℃。由每小時(shí)可制得的過(guò)氧化氫的量、根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化率及其它的一些數(shù)據(jù)即可求得其它物料的投料量和生成量,也可以算出每一個(gè)設(shè)備的熱量增減情況及大致的設(shè)計(jì)出設(shè)備的尺寸。再根據(jù)生產(chǎn)流程和設(shè)備的尺寸設(shè)計(jì)出帶控制點(diǎn)的工藝流程圖、平面布置圖和設(shè)備圖。

Abstract:
Ethyl anthraquinone as raw materials in a mixed solvent composed of heavy aromatics and tetra butyl urea hydrogenation was hydrogen anthraquinone. And then the oxidation reaction, containing a mixed solution of hydrogen peroxide, after separation and purification of high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Study the impact of factors such as solvent, the hydrogenation process and catalyst for hydrogenation reactions. The results show that the better hydrogenation conditions is: VAr:VTBU =3.55:1,the hydrogenation temperature is 55℃-65 ℃, the oxidation temperature is 53℃-58℃.Feeding amount of other material and generate the amount of hydrogen peroxide by the hour can be obtained based on the conversion rate and other data can be obtained, you can also calculate the heat increases and decreases for each device and the approximate design the size of the device. With a control point of the process flow diagram, floor plan and diagram of equipment according to the size of the production process and equipment design.
