摘 要
高速列車聯(lián)軸器是列車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段高速列車運(yùn)行的聯(lián)軸器都是靠進(jìn)口,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)高速列車用聯(lián)軸器國(guó)產(chǎn)化是長(zhǎng)期以來困擾我國(guó)鐵路裝備制造業(yè)的一個(gè)難題。本論文對(duì)幾種目前國(guó)內(nèi)外所使用的典型高速列車聯(lián)軸器進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情提出了采用鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器作為高速列車聯(lián)軸器的方案。
論文針對(duì)高速列車鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器在開發(fā)過程中的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),從幾個(gè)方面展開了研究。首先對(duì)比分析了國(guó)外幾種典型軌道車輛鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國(guó)的國(guó)情提出了適合國(guó)情的高速列車鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案及相關(guān)的資料結(jié)合《齒輪手冊(cè)》進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,給出了鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)圖及尺寸參數(shù),著重分析了聯(lián)軸器的復(fù)位方式。其次對(duì)鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析,分析的結(jié)果一是檢驗(yàn)了聯(lián)軸器設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,二是為聯(lián)軸器進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供理論支撐。另外還討論分析了聯(lián)軸器的傳動(dòng)效率,根據(jù)對(duì)聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)效率研究,提出了減小功耗,提高傳動(dòng)效率的途徑,特別分析了傳動(dòng)效率與鼓形量的關(guān)系,這進(jìn)一步為鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)提供了合理的理論支撐。最后涉及到鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器的加工制造,再好的設(shè)計(jì)都必須通過加工制造才得以實(shí)現(xiàn),論文分別對(duì)鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器在加工制造過程中,齒輪的加工,熱處理及密封與潤(rùn)滑進(jìn)行了分析,提出了一種較好的鼓形齒加工方法,設(shè)計(jì)了較為合理的熱處理工藝。
消化吸收國(guó)外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)是我國(guó)當(dāng)前進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要途徑。通過吸收和借鑒國(guó)外幾種高速列車用聯(lián)軸器的先進(jìn)技術(shù),結(jié)合我國(guó)的國(guó)情對(duì)其進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,這將為推動(dòng)高速列車用聯(lián)軸器實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)化了提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐。

Abstract
The coupling of the high-speed train is the key parts of drive system,which our country need to import at present stage. Plaguing railway equipment manufacturing industry of our country for long time,it is a difficult problem to realize the localization of the train coupling. Comparing several typical couplings of the high-speed train from home and abroad,this paper raise a scheme to used the GIICL as coupling of the high-speed train.
In this paper, the following several aspects are researched,which contrapose the technical difficulties in the process of the developing of the high-speed train GIICL .Firstly, through the comparison and analysis of several kinds of typical foreign railway vehicle GIICL in structure features, combined with the situation of our country, this paper put forward the structure design of the high-speed train GIICL. According to the design plan and related data based on the “gear manual” ,this paper carried through the calculation in design and gave the structure and size parameters of the GIICL,focusing on the analysis of the way of the GIICL reseting. Next to analys the hydrodynamic characteristics of GIICL, the results of the analysis can not only test the rationality of design of the coupling,but also provide theoretical support for further optimization design of the coupling.Otherwise,paper discusses and analyses the transmission efficiency of coupling.According to the research of coupling transmission efficiency, this paper puts forward the method to reduce power consumption, improve the transmission efficiency, providing reasonable theory support for design development of GIICL. Finally involving the processing manufacturing of the GIICL,as we all know,a good design must be achieved through the processing manufacturing.The paper analys the processing manufacturing of GIICL , the gear processing, heat treatment and seal and lubrication, this paper provides a better method of processing of GIICL and designs a reasonable heat treatment process.
Digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technology ia a very important way to carry through technology innovation in our country. Through absorbing several foreign advanced technology about high-speed train coupling, combined with the situation of our country, this will provide support for promoting the localization of the train coupling.
