【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟的騰飛,液壓技術(shù)被應(yīng)用到各種領(lǐng)域,大到國防建設(shè)小到個人生活,液壓技術(shù)都發(fā)揮了極其重要的作用,它已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代人生活和工作中不可或缺的一部分。用液壓技術(shù)制造各種機械中的零部件、工業(yè)用材,具有生產(chǎn)率高、品種多、生成過程連續(xù)性強、易于實現(xiàn)機械化和自動化等優(yōu)點?,F(xiàn)今液壓技術(shù)也越來越受生存者的青睞。目前,我國已經(jīng)引進了世界上先進的液壓技術(shù)并在不斷的創(chuàng)新中逐步推廣、應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。
定梁程控龍門導(dǎo)軌平面磨床(MCW5210*25)屬于磨床中的一種,主要應(yīng)用是金屬加工行業(yè)。它主要是用砂輪旋轉(zhuǎn)研磨工件以其達到平整度的設(shè)備。產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于:輕工、航空、船舶、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑。
本文主要研究的是液壓傳動系統(tǒng),液壓傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計需要與主機的總體設(shè)計同時進行。設(shè)計時,主要任務(wù)是綜合運用前面各章的基礎(chǔ)知識,學(xué)習液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計步驟、內(nèi)容和方法。通過學(xué)習,能根據(jù)工作要求確定液壓系統(tǒng)的主要參數(shù)、系統(tǒng)原理圖,能進行必要的設(shè)計計算,合理地選擇和確定液壓元件,對所設(shè)計的液壓系統(tǒng)性能進行校驗算,為進一步進行液壓系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計打下基礎(chǔ)。必須從實際情況出發(fā),有機的結(jié)合各種傳動形式,充分發(fā)揮液壓傳動的優(yōu)點,力求設(shè)計出結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠、成本低、效率高、操作簡單、維修方便的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)。
本課題設(shè)計的龍門磨床液壓系統(tǒng)是機械加工制造行業(yè)用砂輪外圓磨削鋼鐵,鑄鐵及有色金屬等各種材料,以及用砂輪端面磨削不高的側(cè)面和割槽的一種普通級平面磨床液壓系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)采用較先進的液壓技術(shù),要求設(shè)備性能良好,以提高其技術(shù)水平和作業(yè)能力。
液壓傳動系統(tǒng)采用雙泵供油,進油節(jié)流調(diào)速,能量利用合理,液壓缸設(shè)有平衡和鎖緊措施,工作安全可靠;同時以液壓缸為執(zhí)行元件,夾緊力大,系統(tǒng)進行磨削時工作性能好。

From actual conditions , organic combine all kinds of transmission form and give full play to the advantages of hydraulic transmission, strive to design a simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency, low cost, simple operation, convenient maintenance hydraulic drive system.
