設(shè)計(jì)總說明
  
    次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是基于導(dǎo)師在工廠的多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)自選的設(shè)計(jì)課題。同時(shí)也是基于專機(jī)的日益增加企且有單一工件大批量的生產(chǎn)效率高。 
    隨著現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,特別是隨著它在自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的快速發(fā)展,專機(jī)的研究已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今機(jī)器制造界的一個(gè)重要方向,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)運(yùn)用中,大多數(shù)機(jī)器的設(shè)計(jì)和制造都是用機(jī)床大批量完成的。現(xiàn)代大型工業(yè)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,降低了專機(jī)的實(shí)現(xiàn)成本, 軟件支持機(jī)制也使得實(shí)現(xiàn)變得更為簡單,因此,研究專機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 
   在工業(yè)高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化浪潮中,各種機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和制造業(yè)中,專機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,越來越轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力,從這個(gè)意義上講,對(duì)專機(jī)的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。專機(jī)是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以少量專用部件組成的一種高效專用機(jī)床。專機(jī)是按系列化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)的通用部件和按被加工零件的形狀及加工工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)的專用部件組成的專用機(jī)床。由于通用部件已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化,可根據(jù)需要靈活配置,從而縮短了設(shè)計(jì)和制造的周期,因此,專機(jī)兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在大批、大量生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,并可用以組成自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線 。
   專機(jī)是一種專用高效自動(dòng)化技術(shù)裝備,目前,由于它仍是大批量機(jī)械產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、高質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)性生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵裝備,因而被廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車、拖拉機(jī)、內(nèi)燃機(jī)和壓縮機(jī)等許多工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域。其中,特別是汽車工業(yè),是專機(jī)最大的用戶。如德國大眾汽車廠在 Salzgitter 的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工廠,在大批量生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械工業(yè)部門,大量采用的設(shè)備是專機(jī)。因此,專機(jī)的技術(shù)性能和綜合自動(dòng)化水平,在很大程度上決定了這些工業(yè)部門產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織的結(jié)構(gòu),也在很大程度上決定了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的競爭力。
B型三支管是使用在水暖管道上的重要部件,為熱水提供多支分流通道。為了提高加工這三個(gè) M8 的螺紋孔的效率和質(zhì)量,采用專機(jī)進(jìn)行加工,機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè) 軸同時(shí)加工三個(gè)M8 的螺紋孔,這樣能使螺紋孔之間的距離得到精確的保證,使用專機(jī)同 時(shí)可以使得加工效率提高倍,同時(shí)大大提高螺紋質(zhì)量,減輕操作工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。 
    本次設(shè)計(jì)工作將設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)立式四軸攻絲專機(jī)。因此,目的是使設(shè)計(jì)出的機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、效率高、質(zhì)量好。從而選擇最佳的工藝方案,合適地確定機(jī)床工序集中程度,合理地選擇專機(jī)的通用部件,恰當(dāng)?shù)膶C(jī)的配置型式,合理地選擇切削用量,以及設(shè)計(jì)高效率的工具、刀具及主軸箱就是本次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容。具體的工作就是要制定工藝方案,進(jìn)行機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)方案的分析和確定,進(jìn)行專機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì),專機(jī)的部件設(shè)計(jì)和施工設(shè)計(jì)。
