摘 要
長(zhǎng)白線一級(jí)公路,洮兒河主河道中橋初步設(shè)計(jì)為3×30m的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T形梁橋。該橋采用并列雙幅布置,左、右幅橋等長(zhǎng)。上部為裝配式全預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T梁。預(yù)制T梁高2.1m,主梁間距2.0m。為降低主梁高度,減少預(yù)應(yīng)力引起的上拱度,后張法預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁在設(shè)計(jì)荷載下按全預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì),主梁配筋采用預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和非預(yù)應(yīng)力筋混合配筋。錨具采用OVM15—6型錨具,錨具變形鋼筋回縮按3㎜計(jì)。預(yù)制件在張拉鋼絞線時(shí)混凝土的強(qiáng)度應(yīng)達(dá)到85%以上方可張拉。下部橋墩為鋼筋混凝土圓形雙柱式墩,墩柱直徑1.0m;橋墩基礎(chǔ)為鉆孔灌注樁基礎(chǔ),樁徑1.2m。橋墩蓋梁為連續(xù)墩蓋梁,按簡(jiǎn)支梁計(jì)算蓋梁內(nèi)力及墩柱頂豎向反力。樁基為單排樁形式,采用正循環(huán)泥漿護(hù)壁成孔。

Abstract
Chang bai line level of roads, in Tao'er River main channel bridge preliminary design for 3×30m prestressed concrete simple support T shape beambridge.
This bridge uses the compound double amplitude arrangement, the left and right bridge and so on is long. Upside for assembly type entire prestressed rinforcement concrete simple support T roof beam. Prefabricated T roof beam high 2.1m, king post spacing 2.0m. In order to reduce the king post altitude, reduces the camber which the pre-stressed causes, tensioning prestressed concrete T roof beam under the design load according to the entire prestressed concrete component design, the king post matches the muscle to use the pre-stressed muscle and the non-pre-stressed muscle mixes the syngamy muscle. The anchorage uses the OVM15-6 anchorage, the anchorage deformed bar' deformed reinforc bar retraction according to 3㎜ the idea. Pre-workpiece when Zhang Lagang stranded wire the concrete intensity should achieve above 85% only then opens pulls. Lower part the bridge pier is the reinforced concrete circular distyle distyle pillar, foot stall diameter 1.0m; Pier footing for drill hole irrigation pile foundation, pile diameter 1.2m. Bridge pier Ge Liang for continual pillar Ge Liang, calculates Ge according to the simple beam the Liang endogenic force and the pillar mast top vertical reaction. Pile foundation use for single piling form, The pile foundation uses mud propects wall of main circulation becomes to hole.
