摘要：本文提出了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和生產(chǎn)中，技術(shù)和人力資本的“規(guī)模效應(yīng)”概念，以技術(shù)與人力資本在農(nóng)業(yè)資源要素流動(dòng)和集聚過(guò)程中的規(guī)模效應(yīng)為線索對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)中技術(shù)與人力資本的擠出原因、過(guò)程、作用和經(jīng)濟(jì)后果進(jìn)行了深層機(jī)理研究，旨在從根本上搞清我國(guó)農(nóng)民收入、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢的結(jié)癥。最后，根據(jù)本文工作我們?cè)谧⑨屩芯臀覈?guó)農(nóng)業(yè)問(wèn)題、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究和目前的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論提出了一些思考。

【Abstract】In this paper the “scale effect” of technology and human capital in the flow and agglomeration of agricultural factor is defined. Based on it, the cause, process, effect and result of the crowding-out of technology and human capital is studied, which is aim to solve the bottleneck of increasing the peasants’ income, improving the agricultural production and developing the rural economy. Lastly, suggestions about the China’s agriculture, the research on the agro-economy and the present theory is given in the notes.
