摘 要

Internet的發(fā)展：隨著商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和大量商業(yè)公司進(jìn)入Internet，網(wǎng)上商業(yè)應(yīng)用取得高速的發(fā)展，同時(shí)也使Internet能為用戶(hù)提供更多的服務(wù)，使Internet迅速普及和發(fā)展起來(lái)。現(xiàn)在Internet已發(fā)展為多元化，不僅僅單純?yōu)榭蒲蟹?wù)，正逐步進(jìn)入到日常生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。近幾年來(lái)，Internet在規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)上都有著很大的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)名副其實(shí)的“全球網(wǎng)”。
電子商務(wù)的誕生：自Internet的出現(xiàn)以來(lái)，大量的信息通過(guò)它迅速傳播，突破了原有的通信方式。在網(wǎng)上不僅可以迅速找到相關(guān)方面的內(nèi)容，而且信息的傳遞也比以前快多了。所謂電子商務(wù)，就是雙方利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行的數(shù)據(jù)（信息）交換活動(dòng)。它有廣義和狹義之分。狹義的也稱(chēng)作電子交易（E—Commerce），廣義的（E—Business）則又包括了有關(guān)電子交易的資源調(diào)配、虛擬商城及企業(yè)決策等。這些商務(wù)活動(dòng)可以發(fā)生在公司內(nèi)部、公司之間及公司與客戶(hù)之間。電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站也如雨后春筍般地冒出來(lái)了。

Abstract


Development of Internet: With the fact that the commerce network and large amount of commercial corporation enter Internet,business application gets development of high speed on the net , makes Internet can be that the consumer provides more service at the same time also , makes Internet prompt popularizing and developing. Internet already develops for the diversification now, serve for scientific research not only simple, be entering each fields arriving at a daily life step by step. Internet all has very big development of woollen cloth during the past the past few years, on scale and structure , already develops "the whole world net " becoming one being worthy of the name.
The Electronic Commerce coming into being: Since the Internet turn up, large amount of information has passed its prompt propagation , has broken original communication way. The delivery being able to be prompt not only on the net finding relevance aspect content, moreover information is also much quicker than previously. So-called Electronic Commerce , the data (information) it is both sides to make use of modern information technology means to be in progress exchange an activity. It has mark of broad sense and narrow sense. Narrow sense's can't be called business (E Commerce) electronic, broad wide (E Business) has included resource rearranging , supposing the commercial center and the enterprise decision-making and so on about electron business then. These business affairs activities can happen between reaching the company and the customer between the company inside , the company. Electronic Commerce website also if bamboo shoots after a spring rain as the field has given off.
