本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)完成一臺(tái)用于進(jìn)行攻絲的機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì)。該機(jī)床由步進(jìn)電機(jī)提供主動(dòng)力在單片機(jī)的控制下實(shí)現(xiàn)震動(dòng)攻絲,建立了一套低頻震動(dòng)攻絲系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)不僅能降低攻絲扭矩,而且能提高螺紋的加工質(zhì)量,是一種通用、高效的系統(tǒng)。如果出現(xiàn)故障,能夠自動(dòng)排除或停機(jī)報(bào)警。因此,本課題設(shè)計(jì)的攻絲機(jī)械是典型的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。在機(jī)床主體的設(shè)計(jì)采用了在原有立式鉆床的基礎(chǔ)上改造,采用了主軸振動(dòng)工件靜止的方案。橫梁上安裝有滾珠絲杠,用以實(shí)現(xiàn)主軸箱的軸向移動(dòng),為系統(tǒng)的移動(dòng)提供了方便。

Title Vibration-tapping machine
Abstract
This graduation design completes the total design of the Vibration-tapping machine for tapping . This machine tool active force was offerd by the step motor which under the microcomputer control to tapping,and a low frequency type vibration tapping system is built up.This machine not only can decrease the trapping torque,but also can improve the quality of machine thread.This is a universal and high efficiency system.
If arise fault can remove or stop voluntarily machine and report.Therefore the tapper weapons of this program design are typical Electromechanical unifinication products plan. The design in the main part of machine tool has adopted the foundation in original vertical drilling machine on transform , has adopted the scheme of the static vibration workpiece of main shaft. On beam, installation has ball thread shaft to realize the axial of the case of main shaft to move, facilitate to be systematic to move to offer.
