摘要


設(shè)計污水處理廠處理東城坊鎮(zhèn)生活污水,處理規(guī)模為2×104 m3/d,污水來源主要為生活污水和工業(yè)廢水。根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計的原始資料及設(shè)計對出水水質(zhì)的要求,出水達到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)中的一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),要求脫氮除磷,有四類工藝方法初步符合要求,即傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法、A/O和A/A/O法、氧化溝和SBR工藝,并經(jīng)過比較最終確定使用氧化溝工藝。
本設(shè)計使用卡魯塞爾氧化溝,該污水處理廠工藝流程:進廠原水首先進入中格柵,再經(jīng)污水提升泵提升后進入細(xì)格柵,去除較大的懸浮物,以減輕對后續(xù)處理物的負(fù)荷,然后進入平流式沉砂池,去除相對密度較大的無機顆粒,以免影響后續(xù)處理構(gòu)筑物的正常運行,再進入?yún)捬醭睾涂斎麪栄趸瘻?,進行生物處理,接著進入二沉池,最后進入接觸消毒池,消毒處理,排入水體。剩余污泥經(jīng)污泥提升泵提升至濃縮池,以降低污泥的含水率。使用該工藝出水水質(zhì)好,脫氮效率高,前置厭氧池,達到很好的除磷效果,構(gòu)筑物少,經(jīng)處理后出水完全能夠達到要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract


To design sewage treatment plant is to deal with the East Fang town domestic sewage, its processing scale is 2x104m3/d, the main sources of sewage wastewater is domestic sewage and industrial sewage. According to the graduation design of the original data and design of effluent water quality, the effluent can meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918-2002) in an A standard, and be required to removal the nitrogen and phosphorus, four kinds of technology methods is to initially meet the requirements, namely the traditional activated sludge method, A/O and A/A/O method, oxidation ditch technology and SBR, and after comparison, oxidation ditch technology is to be chosen ultimately.
Carrousel oxidation ditch is to be used, The process of sewage treatment plant: the raw water first enters into the grid, and then by sewage lifting pump lifts into fine grille, to removal larger suspension, in order to reduce the follow-up processing load, and then into horizontal flow grit chamber, removing the large relative density of inorganic particles, so as not to affect the follow-up treatment structures normal operation, then enters the anaerobic pool and Carrousel oxidation ditch, to conduct biological treatment, then enters the secondary sedimentation, finally enters into contact disinfection tank, disinfecting, into a river. Surplus sludge is sent to concentrated pool by sludge lift pump, to reduce the water content of the sludge. Using the process, the effluent water quality is good, high efficiency of nitrogen removal,anaerobic pool is on the front, achieving good removal effect, few structures, the treated water can reach the required standard.
