中國服務貿易發(fā)展分析

Analysis of China's Service Trade Development

摘  要
近幾十年，全球經(jīng)濟不斷向服務貿易發(fā)展。服務貿易對國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起著巨大的作用，服務貿易日益成為衡量一個國家國際競爭力強弱的一項重要的指標，被稱為“21世紀經(jīng)濟增長的新引擎”。我國服務貿易在改革開放以后得到了迅速的發(fā)展。經(jīng)過多年努力，中國已順利加入WTO，服務業(yè)的開放日益成為中國對外開放的焦點問題。但與發(fā)達國家相比，仍處于落后的，存在很多的問題，中國貿易對象還是以貨物貿易為主，經(jīng)濟增長還是以貨物出口來帶動，其原因在于國家對服務貿易政策的輕視而倚重貨物貿易。
本文通過分析我國現(xiàn)今服務貿易的形勢，就服務貿易和經(jīng)濟增長的關系出發(fā)，從數(shù)據(jù)以及根據(jù)其他專家的看法，闡述我國服務貿易的進步、不足，就結構不合理、管理不當、法律制度缺乏、人才稀少等項總結，最后就這些情況給予本人的建議。本文第一部分闡述了服務貿易的概念以及對經(jīng)濟的影響，第二部分具體地講述了中國服務貿易的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢，并對其進行了相關分析，第三部分則分析了中國服務貿易的問題，第四部分表達了作者對中國服務貿易發(fā)展的建議。

Abstract
In recent decades，the global economy of gravity is undeniable inclining to service industry．Trade services is increasingly becoming an important Standard of measuring a country's international competitiveness，it is honored as the new engine of the 21st century．From Reform and Opening-up，our country’s service trade was great developed．After years of efforts，Chinese has joined the WTO．Opening of service trade is increasingly becoming an important problem of China’s opening．But compared with the developed country，China is in behind．It has many problems，Chinese trade market still is dominated by trade in goods，economic growth is promoted by export of goods，because the government contempt the service trade and value the good trade．
This paper analysis the situation of China's current trade services，from the relationship between trade services and economic growth and the data, elaborate the progress and inadequate of our country. It summary and give advice of the the irrational structure，the incorrect management，the incomplete legal and so on. The first part of this paper expounds the concept of service trade and economic impact．The second part to be specific about China's service trade situation, development trend, and its correlation analysis．The third part is analyzed the problem of China's service trade．The fourth part shows the author China's service trade development Suggestions.
