摘  要
液壓式222型鋼管矯直機(jī)是無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)車(chē)間的重要設(shè)備。其矯直輥的性能對(duì)矯直精度有較大影響,因此矯直輥的強(qiáng)度是一個(gè)很重要的因素。
本文在彈性理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析和研究了六輥管材矯直機(jī)的矯直原理,并著重對(duì)六輥矯直機(jī)的力能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了理論研究。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上利用三維軟件建模,進(jìn)一步弄清矯直輥的外形特征。通過(guò)ANSYS軟件對(duì)矯直機(jī)矯直輥進(jìn)行受力分析,并通過(guò)圖形顯示出矯直輥在各個(gè)方向上的力能參數(shù)變化情況。并列出矯直輥的總體變形圖、各方向節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形(位移)圖、單元應(yīng)力云圖等圖像,直觀有效的說(shuō)明了矯直輥在工作過(guò)程中的應(yīng)力變化關(guān)系。最后將有限元分析結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并分析理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與ANSYS分析結(jié)果的差異和產(chǎn)生誤差的原因。
通過(guò)以上的理論研究對(duì)正確的設(shè)計(jì)和使用六輥矯直機(jī),深入研究矯直理論及矯直機(jī)械參數(shù)的精確度的確定具有一定的借鑒和參考價(jià)值。

Abstract
   The 222 Hydralic Pressure Roller straightener is an important equipment of seamless tube production workshop, and the performance of straightening roller have great influence on the straightening accuracy, so the strengthening roller is one of the important factors.
   In this paper, base on elastic thery analysis and research the straightening principle for six roller PVC straightener, and accent on the straightener roller’s force parimentes to process a theoretical research of six roller straightener .Based on the theoretical research and use of 3D software modeling, to make a further certain of the straightening roller,s shape characteristics. For the force analysis of the shrenghtening roller of straightener though the ANSYS software, and though the graphic to show force power parameter change for every direction of straightening roller, and list the overall deformation diagram, X direction node deformation (displacement) figure, X direction unit stress cloud graphic , X direction line graphic chart of straightening roller, to make an intuitive effectively introduction of its stress-strain relationship in working process at last compared a result of finite-element analysis with theoretical calculation, and analysis the causes of theoretical calculation result and ANSYS analysis results which throw off the error.
   Through the theory research of correct design and use of six roller straightener above,we can find that to make a deep research of straightening theory and accurately determine of straightening mechanical parameters has certain reference value.
