1摘 要
針對(duì)印染廢水的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),本文采用水解酸化與接觸氧化相結(jié)合的生化工藝對(duì)廢水進(jìn)行處理。水解酸化和好氧接觸設(shè)計(jì)停留時(shí)間均為10h,運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,水解酸化單元可有效提高廢水的可生化性,廢水經(jīng)水解酸化后B/C值可從0.2~0.3提高至0.4左右,有效保證了好氧接觸處理效果。根據(jù)環(huán)保監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,COD一般在80mg/L,BOD,在10mg/L以下,COD去除率80%以上,BOD,去除率90%以上。
廢水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模 3500m3/d,其現(xiàn)今的設(shè)計(jì)水質(zhì)水量為
Q=3500m3/d COD=2370mg/L BOD5=720mg/L PH=12.40
SS=574 ㎎/L 色度512倍。經(jīng)處理后,應(yīng)達(dá)到下列出水水質(zhì):COD≤100mg/L,BOD≤25mg/L,色度≤40倍,pH在6~9,SS≤70mg/L, 達(dá)污水排放一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)可知 COD=88.5%,ηBOD=96%,ηSS=98.6%,色度89.5%。
經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,此方案投資總額 430萬(wàn)元,廢水處理成本為0.97 元/ m3,有著良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低能耗的理念在設(shè)計(jì)中得到充分的實(shí)踐,符合新時(shí)代環(huán)保的要求。

ABSTRACT


Aiming at the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, a biochemical technological process of hydrolytic acidification integrating contact oxidation was applied to treatment of the printing and dyeing wastewater; the HRT for the both were 10h respectively. The operating results showed the hydrolytic acidification section could improve the biochemical degradability effectively; after hydrolytic acidification, the wastewater's B/C value could rise to about 0.4 from 0.2-0.3, effectively ensuring the treating effect of aerobic contact. According to the monitoring results by the department of environmental protection, COD and BOD5 were below 80mg/L and 10mg/L respectively; COD and BOD5removal rates were over 80% and over 90% respectively.
The liquid waste processing factory designs scale3500 m3/d, its raw water fluid matter according to square and present production scale in factory and development request, after with factory square, native environmental protection section consultation certain following design fluid matter amount of water: Q=3500m3/d COD=2370mg/L BOD5=720mg/L PH=12.40 SS=574 ㎎/l Color degree512times.
After handles, should attain the following a water fluid matter: COD≤100mg/L,BOD≤25mg/L,Ph=6~9,SS≤70mg/L,Color degree≤40 times,reaching the dirty water exhausts a class standard.
Through design then COD=88.5%,ηBOD=96%,ηSS=98.6%,color is a 89.5%.Was analyzed by technique economy, this project investment total amount 4,300,000 yuan, liquid waste processing cost is 0.97 yuan/ m3, have got the good and economic performance with social performance.And the economy
uses a ground of, increase the green turn, lowering can consume of principle is in design fulfillment getting well, meet the request of the modern.
