ABSTRACT
Design and manufacture of vehicle body is a measure of an important symbol of the level of development of a national automobile industry, from the car was born just 100 years time, it has entered into an indispensable part of people's lives in the foreseeable future of the automobile in the humanlife will be increasingly important.The human car is also getting higher and higher, comfort, safety, environmental protection, affordable, beautiful people an important criterion to measure the quality of the car. With the growth of the middle class in China, more and more families to buy a car, especially the micro-car is more popular, according to the proportion of survey mini-car market share is increasing year by year, the mini-car in the market place. The subject of this design is the body layout and form design, I selected the mini-car body layout and form design, the design of the main theories and methods of ergonomics and aerodynamics, AutoCAD software platform on the auto body layout and exterior design. Discusses the eyes of a variety of body oval, A pillar, vision and so on layout tools and a variety of regulatory requirements, introduced within the auto body seats, steering wheel, dashboard, gear lever, floor, pedals, etc. and external assembly process.
