摘要

電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)是當今世界經(jīng)濟中發(fā)展最迅速、規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)，無論是發(fā)達國家還是發(fā)展中國家均對本國的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展投入了極大的熱情。北海發(fā)展電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)，既符合北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃對北海的定位，也符合這座城市的天然稟賦，同時也是北海建設“三基地一中心”的具體體現(xiàn)。隨著越來越多行業(yè)重頭企業(yè)的進入，集聚效應不斷增強，北海已展示出建設成為我國中西部重要的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)制造基地、面向東盟的電子信息產(chǎn)品出口基地、承接東部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范基地的誘人前景。北海作為電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)后發(fā)地區(qū)，如何充分發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢，擴大電子信息產(chǎn)品的出口業(yè)務是迫切需要解決的問題，因為這將關(guān)系到北海電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)能否取得快速、健康、持久的發(fā)展。
本文以擴大北海電子信息產(chǎn)品的出口業(yè)務為研究對象，對北海發(fā)展電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)問題進行較為全面的研究。首先對國際電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)及其狀況進行綜合闡述,其次結(jié)合北海電子信息產(chǎn)品實際情況，對北海電子信息產(chǎn)品出口業(yè)務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題進行分析。最后從政府及企業(yè)角度出發(fā)，為北海擴大電子信息產(chǎn)品的出口業(yè)務提出積極建議。

ABSTRACT

Electronic information industry is the world's fastest and largest industries in the economy，both developed and developing countries have invested a lot of enthusiasm on their own country's electronic information industry. Beihai is developing electronic information industry,which does not only conform to the Beibu Gulf economic zone positioning of the development plan for the Beihai, but also in line with the city's natural endowments, at the same time, it is the concrete expression of the Beihai "three bases of a Center"construction .As more and more main enterprises enter the industry, agglomeration effects are becoming more and more strengthen, Beihai has showed the attractive prospect, which build to the information industry manufacturing base of China's midwest, export base of the electronic information products facing ASEAN, undertake the eastern industrial transfer demonstration base. Beihai as the electronic information industry underdeveloped areas, how to give full play to its own advantages to expand electronic information products in the export business is becoming the urgent problem need to be solved, because this relates to whether Beihai can achieve fast, healthy, sustained development.
This article makes expanding the export business of Beihai electronic information products as the research object, making a more comprehensive study for the related problems about Beihai developing the electronic information industry. First of all, make a comprehensive elaboration for the industry and status of the international electronic information. Secondly, basing on the practical situation of Beihai electronic information products, it makes analysis on the development situation, existing problems of Beihai electronic information products business. Finally, from the view of the government and enterprises, it puts forward positive suggestions for Beihai to expand its export business of electronic information products .
