摘要：本實(shí)驗(yàn)為半微量合成，實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用硼氫化鈉還原二苯酮制得二苯甲醇，并依靠薄板層析跟蹤反應(yīng)，實(shí)時(shí)給出反應(yīng)物的信號(hào)。粗產(chǎn)物用石油醚重結(jié)晶，終產(chǎn)品經(jīng)紅外燈烘干后用熔點(diǎn)測(cè)定儀得到其熔點(diǎn)，并與純品二苯甲醇比較。

The Synthesis of Diphenyl carbinol and Recrystallize
Abstract: This experiment is semi micro synthesis, in the experiment we use NaBH4 to reduce the Benzophenone to the Diphenyl carbinol, and rely on the TLC to track response, real-time produces the signal of the reactant. Then recrystallize the thick product with the petroleum ether, the end product obtains its melting point after infrared lamp drying with the melting point detector and compares with the pure Diphenyl carbinol.
