摘要:本文利用微處理器作為控制器,結(jié)合專用的SPWM集成電路,設(shè)計三相SPWM變頻電源。系統(tǒng)主電路形式采用AC-DC-AC結(jié)構(gòu),逆變部分選用IGBT單元模塊加上并聯(lián)緩沖電路。輸入采用三相全波不可控整流電路,提高了系統(tǒng)的功率因數(shù)。系統(tǒng)控制電路由MCS-51系列的8051單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)和SA4828三相SPWM產(chǎn)生器及少量的擴(kuò)展外圍芯片構(gòu)成,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了變頻電源的全數(shù)字化控制。

Abstract:This design is to use the microcomputer as controller. Combine special-purpose SPWM integrated circuit designs SPWM frequency conversion power supply. The main circuit form of the system adopts AC-DC-AC structure, the inverter part consist of IGBTS and a parallel buffer circuit. the systematic of the cost and go against the becoming device, adopts three-phase the whole wave uncontrolled rectification circuit to input, improves the quality of the electric which is supplied to inverter. The control circuit of the system consist of is 8051 single-chip microcomputer minimum system of MCS-51 series and three phases SPWM generate integrated circuit SA4828 and a small amount of peripheral chip of expansion, the system has realized total digitization controls on frequency conversion power supply.
