摘要：近幾年，執(zhí)行力成為了各個企業(yè)的關(guān)注焦點，尤其是我國企業(yè)，執(zhí)行力差的問題曾出不窮。那么為什么執(zhí)行力有如此大的影響力呢？本文將從執(zhí)行力的重要性開始，來分析執(zhí)行力的內(nèi)涵與特點、管理者的執(zhí)行力對企業(yè)的重要性、管理者執(zhí)行力不足的原因和如何提高執(zhí)行力。并最終找到企業(yè)管理者如何提高執(zhí)行力的方法。

Abstract: In recent years, the executive power has become each enterprise's focus. Especially in our country enterprises, the problems of the weakness of executive power appeared frequently. Then why the executive power has so much influence? This article will begin with the importance of the executive power, to analyze the executive power connotation and characteristic, the importance of manager’s executive power towards enterprises, and the reason of manager’s executive power insufficiency and how to enhance executive power. And finally found out the method of how to enhance the executive power of the managers.
