Abstract
The private enterprise is our country socialist market economy important constituent, but the privately operated economical actual rate of rise is not equal to its latent rate of rise.Therefore, this article mainly through the question which existed to our country privately operated economy developing process in from five aspects has carried on the analysis, and in order to promote the privately operated economical healthy development from the creation fund raising, the management way, the superintendent, the talented person and the home policy environment and so on several aspects proposed the corresponding development countermeasure.
