承包商建筑工程項(xiàng)目施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制



      摘要：建筑工程項(xiàng)目施工由于受多種不確定性事件的影響而存在的各種潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別和正確評(píng)估這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響的大小,提前做好防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)案,對(duì)順利完成項(xiàng)目施工任務(wù)具有重要意義。本文就建筑工程項(xiàng)目施工中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行探討并對(duì)其分類、識(shí)別和分析控制提出建議,對(duì)提高工程施工階段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究有一定的理論借鑒意義。

   Abstract: As affected by a variety of effects of uncertain events, Construction work of the project includes different kinds of potential risks. Accurate identification and assessment of the size of these risks effect are significant for the successful completion of the project . This article mainly explores the risks that exist in the process of construction and makes recommendations on its classification, identification and analysis of the control, which has a certain amount of theoretical significance for the improvement of the theory of risk assessment in process of construction.
