1.1中文摘要
論文的目的是使用微軟開(kāi)發(fā)的visual basic6.0 開(kāi)發(fā)工具，來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)有關(guān)的計(jì)算。畢業(yè)論文是考察本人四年來(lái)，所學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)，考察我的綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能，獨(dú)立分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，培養(yǎng)我從事計(jì)算機(jī)軟件設(shè)計(jì)，開(kāi)發(fā)及應(yīng)用的高層次工程技術(shù)人才。我的畢業(yè)論文的題目是使用visual basic 6.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行管理及計(jì)算。首先，我選擇一個(gè)符合這次論文題目要求的華山廠設(shè)計(jì)所進(jìn)行調(diào)研，從設(shè)計(jì)所得原有資產(chǎn)管理的文件中，了解到該設(shè)計(jì)所的主要固定資產(chǎn)是機(jī)床。通過(guò)詢(xún)問(wèn)設(shè)計(jì)所的管理人員，了解到對(duì)于機(jī)床在管理上都需要的在那方面進(jìn)行管理，比如：機(jī)床的入廠時(shí)間，需要的功率，生產(chǎn)廠商，機(jī)床的復(fù)雜參數(shù)，所需要的功率等等。然后查看了該單位是怎樣對(duì)這些大型的機(jī)床是怎樣進(jìn)行管理的，據(jù)我的了解，該設(shè)計(jì)所仍然使用老式的紙片卡的方式對(duì)這些資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理。最后，我到了該單位的車(chē)間，查看了固定資產(chǎn)表單中的那些大型的機(jī)床，對(duì)資產(chǎn)表單中所寫(xiě)的設(shè)備的型號(hào)和參數(shù)，有了更加一步的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。
通過(guò)這次調(diào)研，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多問(wèn)題。首先，該設(shè)計(jì)所對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的管理，仍然停留在采用老式的紙卡式的數(shù)據(jù)管理上，這種管理方式同現(xiàn)今的電腦數(shù)字化的管理優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)一目了然。老式的管理方式，對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)管理的條目不十分的詳盡，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算根本就達(dá)不到現(xiàn)代管理方式的要求，排序，查找，設(shè)備的登記，錄入都十分的不方便，而且很容易出錯(cuò)。其次，對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)所需要的維護(hù)的信息，也不能及時(shí)的更新和刪改。而且，固定資產(chǎn)總是和人聯(lián)系到一起的，比如：某臺(tái)車(chē)床是主要是由誰(shuí)購(gòu)進(jìn)的等等，都沒(méi)有說(shuō)明。最后，由于采用紙卡式的管理，數(shù)據(jù)很容易丟失，而且沒(méi)有備份，這樣都是很不合理的管理方式。
本人從這次對(duì)華山廠設(shè)計(jì)所的調(diào)研中，明白了設(shè)計(jì)所對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理的要求和他們?cè)诠潭ㄙY產(chǎn)管理上的一些要求，以及在這之中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題。為我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)軟件提供了很好的建設(shè)模型的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和參考。從而使我的軟件設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和目的有了初步的規(guī)劃。

1.2英文摘要
ABSTRACT
The thesis purpose be used Microsoft develop Visual Basic 6.0 facility to design Data Master and Calculate. The graduate thesis aimed to explorative my study in the four years, in the university. And explorative me used basis theory and special skill, independence thinking and ability of how to design the program of computer, develop and apply to design the higher level the project. My graduate thesis topic is ‘BE USED VB LANGUAGE DESIGN DATA MASTER AND CALCULATE’. First, I selected Designing Department of HuaShan factory. Got some of files about Data Master of fixed assets, I known that department’s fixed assets are lathe. Got through inquiry the managing staff of this department, I known how to managing this fixed assets. For example: the time of the lathe entry in the factory, need power, manufacturer, and tanglesome variables, efficiency etc. Thence , looked at the department used medieval ship card to managing this asset. Last, I got to designing department’s workshop, examine this large machine tool. I had profundity cognition and realize it what the equipment of parameter.
Though of this review, I found out many problems. First, the designing department managing, however used medieval slip card to managing. It is different that nowadays managing, medieval managing, it’s entry not particular .About data calculate is very few. It’s not good managing, look up equipment’s register is no well. In the next place, capital asserts is not good maintenance information. It’s not timely to delete and update. Withal, the equipment contact with person, for example: who bought this lathe? Etc. Last this data very easy lose, because it’s not backup.
Though from this survey of HuaShan Designing Department. Look out some problem. It’s will help me complete my graduate thesis.
