Abstract: The ideological core of Chinese culture is a "group consciousness", the ideological core of Western culture is the "individual consciousness." Chinese culture believes that individuals will be subject to the common will of the group. Since its purpose is intended to favor the intention of the blood, its way of manners, naturally is precious, so the Chinese people love dinner, joy of food, talk about harmony. I believe in cross-cultural communication, in an unfamiliar culture, Yin Siwei, habits and behavior in different ways, the process of interaction and cultural conflicts will inevitably occur. Various world cultures are equal. Culture is no better or worse. Should avoid using their own culture, ethics and values as a standard to measure, judge and should be an objective, tolerant attitude towards foreign cultures; the same time, the need to avoid blindly follow, imitate foreign culture, but should stick to their excellent cultural tradition
