摘要:微生物絮凝劑(MBF7)處理廢水效果顯著。其生長(zhǎng)條件對(duì)絮凝效果影響十分重要。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,葡萄糖培養(yǎng)基較察氏培養(yǎng)基利于MBF7號(hào)菌生長(zhǎng);MBF7號(hào)菌的最佳培養(yǎng)條件為30℃,PH為7.5~8.5,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速為150~200r/min,最佳菌齡為3~4天。為了確定微生物絮凝劑(MBF7)的應(yīng)用范圍和了解其處理廢水的特性,本實(shí)驗(yàn)以微生物絮凝劑(MBF7)處理餐廳、印染和味精廢水。結(jié)果表明, MBF7處理餐廳廢水、印染廢水和淀粉廢水的濁度(或色度)的去除率分別達(dá)94%,90%和96%。MBF7處理效果優(yōu)于AL2(SO4)3,安全高效,有很好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: The effection treated on sewage by bioflocculation(MBF7) is prominent.Its growing condition affects on flocculation very importantly. The experiment indicated the that:the PDA medium is more advantage to the Czapek Agar for the MBF7.The best grown condition of the MBF7 is that,the temperature is 30 ℃, PH is 7.5-8.5, the turning rate of the bed shaking is 150~200 r/ min.The best germ age is 3~4 days. For making sure the application of the bioflocculation(MBF7) and understanding the characteristic that it handles the waste water, this experiment is treating restaurant waste water, print and dye waste water and monosodium glutamate waste water with the bioflocculation(MBF7).The result indicates that the MBF7 handled the waste water of the restaurant, the print and dye waste water and the monosodium glutamate waste water to remove turbidity or color with the rate to 94% ,90% and 96% .The effect treated by MBF7 is more advantage than by AL2( SO4)3.And the MBF7 is safe and high-efficient.So it has good and actual application value.
