隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的提高以及工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快,大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)、大量消費(fèi)使得經(jīng)濟(jì)中的物流規(guī)模日益龐大和復(fù)雜?,F(xiàn)代倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理不是單純地保管在庫(kù)商品的倉(cāng)庫(kù),而是根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)各種不同類型的商品實(shí)施高效、快速的備貨、分揀、銷售生產(chǎn)預(yù)警、并且以高周轉(zhuǎn)率進(jìn)行配送的整體物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的中樞點(diǎn)。倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)作效率管理是柔性制造系統(tǒng)的核心環(huán)節(jié),確保倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)專業(yè)的服務(wù)、規(guī)范的操作、及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行規(guī)?;?kù)存調(diào)節(jié)等。
目前,柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的信息化程度較低,工作效率低且經(jīng)濟(jì)性差,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息獲得手段也相對(duì)落后。本論文在充分滿足柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)信息化管理要求的前提下,立足柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)有物質(zhì)條件(計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等資源),在經(jīng)濟(jì)、易實(shí)現(xiàn)、使用方便的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了改進(jìn)柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理現(xiàn)狀的構(gòu)想,研究設(shè)計(jì)了柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息化管理系統(tǒng)。
論文的主要工作包括:進(jìn)行倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)規(guī)劃,運(yùn)用條形碼和編碼技術(shù),對(duì)柔性制造系統(tǒng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息和庫(kù)位信息進(jìn)行編碼;開(kāi)發(fā)基于Visual Basie 6.0和Microsoft Access 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息管理系統(tǒng)。
系統(tǒng)經(jīng)測(cè)試,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了各部分功能,能夠滿足柔性制造系統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)信息化管理需求。

Abstract
With the economical fast development, the science and technology level's enhancement as well as industrialization advancement's quickening, the large scale production, the heavy consumptions cause in the economical the physical distribution scale to be day by day huge and to be complex. The modern warehousing management is not purely certainly in the storehouse commodity warehouse, but according to the service revolution to each different type's commodity implementation highly effective, fast prepares goods, the sort, the sales production early warning, and carries on the allocation by the high cycling rate the overall physical distribution network system's main center spot. The warehousing operation efficiency management is the flexible manufacture system's core link, guaranteed that the warehousing specialized service, the standard operation, prompt, carries on the formalization, the stock adjustment accurately and so on.
At Present,F(xiàn)MS warehouse storage management of information technology is lower,the efficiency is low and the information storage means is relatively backward. This Paper give a conception of improving the FMS status of storage management and designed an information management system for FMS warehouse,to meet the FMS warehouse information management requirements,which based on FMS warehouse management status and the existing material conditions(computers,the internet and other resources).
The primary contents of this Paper include planed storage,coded the information of materials and storages paces with bar codes and coding technologies; developed FMS storage information management system based on Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000 database technology,achieved module functions ;studied the data recording technology with barcode recognition based equipment and wireless transceiver module.
The system has been tested and achieved the modules’function,it was able to meet the demand of FMS warehouse storage information management.
