摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計主是關(guān)于裝煤倉設(shè)備的安裝與控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。裝煤倉是礦山生產(chǎn)原煤、存儲和外運裝車的中間環(huán)節(jié),不管產(chǎn)量大小,都必須具有生產(chǎn)原煤的集中地。裝煤設(shè)備的選用和控制是衡量企業(yè)自動化水平的標尺。
本設(shè)計課題選自某礦山裝煤設(shè)備輸送系統(tǒng),是將原有的設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)進行改造和設(shè)計,將原來的人工操作改造為自動化集中控制。在本系統(tǒng)中三條皮帶輸送機分別選擇了三種不同的機型(槽形、V形、平形),在電機控制和選型上也選擇了三種不同規(guī)格型號的電動機,采用了三種不同形式的控制方式。但從實際生產(chǎn)角度上看不盡合理。
在本系統(tǒng)中我主要做了裝煤倉倉門的設(shè)計與液壓控制系統(tǒng),同時將整個系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備通過PLC實現(xiàn)遠程集中控制,微機處理。翻車機造型改制一臺。本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計對以后的落后設(shè)備的改造有一定的參考價值。

ABSTRACT
This time graduation design lord is concerning pack a coal camalig an equipments of install and control system of design.Pack the coal camalig is a mineral mountain production raw coal, saving with outside the luck pack a car of in the center link, ignore yield size, have to have production raw coal concentration.Pack the choose of coal equipments use with control is measure a business enterprise automation level of surveyor's rod.
This design topic choose to pack a coal equipments to transport system from the some mineral mountain, is original of equipments and system carry on reformation and design, will original comer work operation reformation is automation concentration control.Three leather belt transported machine respectively a choice in this system three kinds of dissimilarity of model(slot form, V form, even form), in the electrical engineering control and choose a type top also choice three kinds of dissimilarity the electric motor of the specification model number, adoption three kinds of dissimilarity form of control way.But from actual produce angle top see don't exert reasonable.
I was main to do to pack the coal camalig door in this system of design press control system with liquid, pass the whole equipments of system PLC realization long range concentration control in the meantime, tiny machine processing.Turn over car machine a shape to change the system one set.This time of graduation design rightness later of fall behind an equipments of reformation have certain of reference value.
