摘 要
論文研究了水—水換熱機(jī)組的設(shè)計問題,換熱機(jī)組集換熱器、單片機(jī)、傳感器、顯示器、變頻器、循環(huán)水泵、補(bǔ)水泵于一體,完成對數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理、顯示,并進(jìn)行自動控制。論文主要研究了機(jī)組的智能控制系統(tǒng),該課題的研究目的是實現(xiàn)機(jī)組在無人值守的情況下,可按不同的工況條件和用戶的作息時間,合理運(yùn)行,達(dá)到最佳供暖和節(jié)能效果。其中,課題設(shè)計硬件電路包括四大模塊:⑴數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊實現(xiàn)有關(guān)溫度信號的采集與放大,并對信號進(jìn)行?!獢?shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,形成數(shù)字信號;⑵單片機(jī)調(diào)控模塊對數(shù)據(jù)采集部分輸出的數(shù)字信號進(jìn)行分析處理,按照已設(shè)定的相關(guān)程序形成調(diào)控信號,傳達(dá)到執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)部分;⑶人-機(jī)交互模塊實現(xiàn)相關(guān)溫度、壓力信號的實時顯示,便于實時監(jiān)測;⑷調(diào)控執(zhí)行模塊接受單片機(jī)調(diào)控部分輸出的調(diào)控信號,在單片機(jī)的控制下實現(xiàn)對有關(guān)流量的調(diào)控。;設(shè)計軟件系統(tǒng)采用匯編語言編程,主要功能包括基本的溫度、壓力數(shù)據(jù)顯示,溫度、壓力、流量控制,數(shù)據(jù)記憶存儲,超壓報警。

Abstract
The paper has studied the water and water heat transfer unit's design question, This plate heat exchanger units collect heat interchanger, monolithic integrated circuit, sensor, monitor, frequency changer, circulating water pump in a body. It Completes data gathering, processing, the demonstration, and can through change the water pump’ current capacity in a time side, controls return pipes the water temperature in two time side, enables its temperature to achieve the industry the demand value.It has studied unit's intelligence control system with emphasis. This topic research goal is realizes the unit in the situation which nobody value defends, may according to the different operating mode condition and user's daily schedule, the reasonable movement, achieves the best heating and the energy conservation effect. topic design hardware electric circuit including four big modules: (1) The data acquisition module: Realizes related temperature signal gathering and the enlargement, and carries on the mold --number to the signal to transform, forms the digital signal; (2) monolithic integrated circuit regulation module: The logarithm carries on analysis processing according to the gathering partial outputs digital signal, according to the related procedure which establishes has formed the regulative signal, transmits are partial to the implementing agency; (3) person and machine interactive module: Realizes the correlation temperature signal real time display, is advantageous for the real-time monitor ;(4) regulation carries out the module: Accepts the monolithic integrated circuit regulation partial outputs the regulative signal, realizes under the monolithic integrated circuit control to the related current capacity regulation.
