摘要
研究柔性供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)問題,考慮供應(yīng)鏈和分銷的各種約束條件,建立了柔性供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化模型,應(yīng)用進化規(guī)劃方法對一家農(nóng)機公司柔性供應(yīng)鏈模型進行了仿真,分析了總成本對柔性的敏感程度。結(jié)果表明,模型采用生產(chǎn)能力柔性和分銷能力柔性指標反映了生產(chǎn)和分銷的不確定性,能夠更綜合地評價供應(yīng)鏈的運作績效,有助于設(shè)計出高效率、高效益的柔性供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),而且對于數(shù)據(jù)量龐大的混合整數(shù)線性模型求解,進化規(guī)劃方法是適用的。
