摘 要
本文是關(guān)于浮蓋模具的設(shè)計,里面對浮蓋做了正確的工藝分析,同時也對注薂@尚圖際醯姆⒄構(gòu)毯脫∪〉淖⑺懿牧希≒P)了簡單的介紹。設(shè)計的內(nèi)容包括分型面的設(shè)計、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,以及模架和注塑機(jī)的選取和校核??紤]到生產(chǎn)效率,經(jīng)濟(jì)性和生產(chǎn)效率等相關(guān)因素,模具采用一模兩腔的模具結(jié)構(gòu),由于型腔結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)。型芯采用整體式結(jié)構(gòu),便于加工且節(jié)省成本。為使加工方便同時滿足塑件成型,采用側(cè)澆口形式。此模具的結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,應(yīng)用到了斜導(dǎo)柱滑塊側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu),它是本次設(shè)計的重點(diǎn)。然后根據(jù)浮蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)設(shè)計了模具的成型零部件(型芯、型腔、滑塊),脫模、復(fù)位及導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)。模具是材料成型加工中的工藝裝備,它是利用其特定形狀去復(fù)制成型或復(fù)制加工具有一定形狀和尺寸的工具。。浮蓋在日常生產(chǎn)中是大批量投入生產(chǎn)的,應(yīng)盡量減少開,合模取塑件過程中的手工操作,本次設(shè)計中采用自動開、合模和頂出機(jī)構(gòu)。

ABSTRACT
This is the floating cap Injection Mold Design, floating cap inside of a correct analysis of the technology They are also injection molding technology development process and the selection of the injection material (PP) has made a brief introduction. The design includes the sub-surface design, the gating system design, lateral pulling mechanism of the design, and the die-injection molding machine and the selection and check. Taking into account production efficiency,economy and efficiency,and other related factors,the die using a two-cavity mold structure.As the cavity structure is more complex,using the combination structure. Core adoption of a whole structure,and facilitate the processing cost savings.To facilitate processing to meet molding plastic parts,using the form side gate. Die of this structure is more complex, application of the bevel-slider lateral pulling mechanism, which is the current focus of the design. According floating cap design of the structural characteristics of the die molding parts (core, cavity and slider), ejection, reduction and oriented institutions. Mold is the Material Processing Technology equipment, It is using its special shape to copy or reproduce molding process with a certain shape and dimensions of the tool. Floating cap in the day-to-day production of large quantities of inputs for production, we should minimize the open, mold plastic parts for the process of hand. The design of automatic opening, mold and head out of institutions.
