摘要:粉末冶金是一門(mén)制造金屬與非金屬粉末和以其為原料(復(fù)合材料),經(jīng)過(guò)壓制、燒結(jié)及各種后續(xù)處理工藝制取金屬材料和制品的科學(xué)技術(shù),它是一項(xiàng)以較低的成本制造高性能粉末冶金制品的技術(shù)。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹粉末冶金模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般過(guò)程,是針對(duì)鐵基齒輪這個(gè)具體產(chǎn)品來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。在設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行的一些工作有:產(chǎn)品材料選擇,壓制設(shè)備選擇,設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)選擇(像燒結(jié)收縮率、壓制回彈率),模具尺寸及精度計(jì)算,模具材料選擇,熱處理分析,模具結(jié)構(gòu)分析及選用,模具成形及裝配,圖紙的繪制。其中,模具成形及裝配是借助于pro/e三維軟件進(jìn)行的,擺脫了復(fù)雜零件模具設(shè)計(jì)的復(fù)雜,減輕了工作任務(wù)。再把三維模具零件圖向二維工程圖轉(zhuǎn)化。在設(shè)計(jì)工作中,圖紙的繪制有很大一部分在二維AutoCAD軟件中進(jìn)行,像尺寸標(biāo)注,標(biāo)題欄創(chuàng)建,示意圖繪制。

Abstract: Powder metallurgy is a technique, which uses metallic and non-metallic powder (composite) to produce metallic material and parts through compction, sintering and post treatment, and which is used for forbricating high performance ferrous parts at a low cost. This graduation design primarily introducted the general process about the mould design of powder metallurgy, it carried on the design work to a concrete product what is the gear with iron base. In the course of design, some jobs which were launched included the choice of product material, the choice of repressive device, the choice of design parameter( for example, the shrinkage from the sinter and rebound proportion after compaction ), mould dimension and precision calculation, the choice of mould material, the heat treatment analysis, the analysis and choice of the mould construction, the mould shape and assemble, the drawing. Among these, the mould shape and assemble were finished by means of pro/e software. It unloaded the complexity of the mould design to the complex part, and relieve the assignment. Then, the pro/e software translate the three-dimensional mould part into two-dimensional engineer drawing. In the course of design work, the drawing mostly finished through the AutoCAD software, for example, the label of the part size, the creation of title column, the drawing of the other schematics.
