摘要
本文的主要內(nèi)容是對擠壓模具的設(shè)計。通過對冷擠壓模具設(shè)計過程的闡述,詳細(xì)的說明了冷擠壓模具的設(shè)計步驟﹑設(shè)計要領(lǐng)﹑設(shè)計細(xì)節(jié)﹑與注意事項。重點表述了冷擠壓實心件﹑空心件的模具設(shè)計。
此件為一個長為428mm,最大外徑為64mm,中間還有一30mm深,長為342mm的拉桿??紤]到此制件機(jī)加工十分困難,因此,選擇擠壓工藝來成形此制件。另外此制件的材料為42CrMo,硬度很大。因此,本設(shè)計的重點是單位擠壓力的計算及校核。還有此制件的長為428mm,壓力機(jī)開模高度及頂出行程的校核也是本設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容。
本設(shè)計采用冷擠壓正擠工藝來成形此制件。
模具作為一種高效快捷的加工工具,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用并日益完善。隨著加工技術(shù)的提高和先進(jìn)工具的應(yīng)用,模具設(shè)計越來越顯示其獨特的創(chuàng)造性和藝術(shù)感。在日益完善的過程中,模具設(shè)計保留了其永恒不變的一面,如擠壓模具的頂出方式﹑固定方法和上下模結(jié)構(gòu)等。因此,可以利用以前加工的模具的大部分結(jié)構(gòu),在加上一些成形零部件即可組成一套全新的模具。這便最大限度的節(jié)約了模具成本,充分利用了現(xiàn)有的資金。本設(shè)計的兩個成形工藝就是通過更換凸模來完成該制件。
