摘 要
本文針對傳統(tǒng)的壓電陶瓷制作的振動(dòng)加速度傳感器靈敏度及分辨率不夠高等問題.從提高傳感器和測量電路的靈敏度出發(fā),本文分析闡述了一種新型壓電傳感器的原理、設(shè)計(jì)(結(jié)構(gòu)和電路設(shè)計(jì))制作。根據(jù)電壓放大器和電荷放大器2 種前置電路的特點(diǎn),對壓電傳感器與前置電路如何配接進(jìn)行研究提出當(dāng)壓電傳感器與測量電路之間的距離較遠(yuǎn)要求高靈敏度時(shí),宜采用后一種方式,這種新的檢測電路,具有低漂移、高增益、高輸入阻抗等優(yōu)點(diǎn),此方法具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。
總之,這種采用了新型壓電換能器作為敏感元件的新型壓電加速度傳感器,與傳統(tǒng)的傳感器相比,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、高靈敏度、低漂移等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種非常具有前途的產(chǎn)品,它必將成為傳統(tǒng)壓電振動(dòng)傳感器的替代型。

Abstract
As well been known, the traditional PZT piezoelectric virbration acceleration sensor has something to be improved, such as the bad resistance to noises, low sensitivity, and so on. In order to improve the sensitivity of the piezoelectric sensor and that of the measuring circuit, this paper focuses on the mechanism of the sensor, designs of its structure and circuit. Based on the features of two front end circuits of voltage amplifier and charge amplifier, research on the connection of piezoelectric sensor and front end amplifier is done .When the distance between piezoelectric sensor and measuring circuit is far and require high sensitivity, the latter method is the proper choice. This new circuit presented to the sensor has low shift, high gain, high resistance to input and other advantages. This method has the practical leading meaning.
In conclusion, this new kind of cymbal piezocomposite transducer used for vibration acceleration sensor has more advantages, simple structure, high sensitivity, low shift and so on, it has wide future. It would be the substitution of the traditional sensor
