摘 要
隨著Internet/Intranet的快速發(fā)展，數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步成熟，建立能業(yè)務(wù)化工作的學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前學(xué)校管理部門的迫切要求。文章參考了目前國內(nèi)學(xué)校學(xué)生管理的發(fā)展情況及管理模式，借鑒了目前國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的大型管理系統(tǒng)，對學(xué)校學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)，建設(shè)“基于Web的”運(yùn)行平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)方便快捷的前端Web登錄和查詢，采用了ACCESS 2000作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用ASP及ADO技術(shù)對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行操作及維護(hù)。
首先，論文討論了Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的發(fā)展歷程:從最早的主機(jī)/終端結(jié)構(gòu)到近年來較流行的客戶機(jī)/服務(wù)器機(jī)構(gòu)，再到目前最先進(jìn)的瀏覽器/服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)。討論結(jié)果是:瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式中的客戶機(jī)使用的是統(tǒng)一的瀏覽器界面格式，便于操作，簡單易行，有利于提高工作效率，易實(shí)現(xiàn)不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的連接。因此學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)采用的就是瀏覽器/服務(wù)器模式。
再者，論文討論了訪問Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的五種方法，對于在Web服務(wù)器端提供中間件的方法有兩種：CGI和API。其中，CGI效率低，速度慢；API雖然克服了CGI的缺點(diǎn)，但兼容性差，開發(fā)難度大。通過比較五種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，得出的結(jié)論是：用ASP技術(shù)訪問學(xué)生成績數(shù)據(jù)庫具有易實(shí)現(xiàn)、功能強(qiáng)大、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
最后，論文提出了用ASP和ADO技術(shù)相結(jié)合來實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生成績數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問，得出的結(jié)論是：用ASP+ADO訪問服務(wù)器端的數(shù)據(jù)庫的實(shí)質(zhì)就是利用ADO對象訪問數(shù)據(jù)源。但是這種方案也有它的不足之處：由于ADO是以一個(gè)本地?cái)?shù)據(jù)訪問組件，而ASP+ADO方案中，ADO在Web服務(wù)器端使用，因此該方法只能對服務(wù)器端數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行訪問，而當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器與Web服務(wù)器不在同一計(jì)算機(jī)上時(shí)，這種方案就行不通；再者由于用戶每次查詢都必須連接服務(wù)器，然后等待回應(yīng)，因此，對于需要頻繁訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫的應(yīng)用如“網(wǎng)上辦公”就顯得過于繁瑣。
基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的中職學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱SSMS)就是利用ASP技術(shù)和Web數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)的，它具有數(shù)據(jù)輸入、查詢修改、補(bǔ)考處理、畢業(yè)處理和報(bào)表輸出等功能。它的成功實(shí)現(xiàn)對提高學(xué)校的學(xué)生管理水平具有非常重要的意義。應(yīng)用表明：學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)用戶界面友好，操作靈活方便，可大大提高工作效率，基本實(shí)現(xiàn)“無紙化辦公”。

Abstract
With the development of Internet/Intranet and the maturity of database，It isexigent request to establish student manage information system。By thinking thedeveloping of student manage in china sites which how to be managed today，the paper builds the site of student manage information system。By this site, student can register and searcho ACCESS is its database on the background。It can access data from database by using ASP and ADO technology。
First,thesis discussed the Web database process：From the earliest Host/Terminal to the popular Client/Server in recent years, now first enter of Browser/Server. the discussion is：Browser/Server is an united browser interface format, convenient for operation, in brief easy line, benefit to the exaltation the work efficiency,and easily realizes different network of conjunction. For this reason student it is browser/ server that SSMS adopt the mode.
Furtherrnore,five kinds of methods that discussed the interview Web databases of thesis,for the method that in the Web server carry the offering in the center piece have two kind：CGI and APLAmong them CGI's eiFiciency is low, the speed is slow； API overcame the CGI'weakness,devolp the permit,conclusion is：Use the ASP technique interviewing the SSMS realizes easily, the function is strong and big,effciency high etc。
Finally, the thesis bring up that using ASP and ADO technique interview SSMS,the conclusion is: the ASP+ADO visitting the server database that carry is to make use of the ADO the object the interview the data. But this kind of project contain its lack: because the ADO is a native data visit the module, but in the ASP+ADO project, ADO is used in the Web the server，and for this reason the method's can interview the database of server, but be database server and Web the server is not at the same computer, this kind of project line impassability；Furthermore because every time search of customer must link the server, then waiting for respond, therefore, for the application that demand multifarious interview database such as the“the network transact" seem to be too much tedious.
we design the SSMS based on browser/server structure。The system may fulfill data input, inquiry correction、 examination disposal、graduation disposal and report printment。
SSMS is very importment to improve the management level in the high seminary .The practice show that the software has such characteristics as friend perface and flexible operation.
