摘要 塑料模具是當今塑料工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中利用特定形狀，通過一定的方式來成型塑料制品的一種工藝裝備。模具設計與制造技術，特別是設計與制造大型、精密、長壽命模具的技術，已成為衡量一個國家機械制造水平的重要標志。
本次設計的是牙簽蓋的注塑模具。屬于日常生活用品，所用材料是當前應用較為廣泛的熱塑性塑料ABS。它的生產(chǎn)批量為大批量生產(chǎn)，該產(chǎn)品有如下特點：（1）內(nèi)部結構比較簡單，但需要側抽芯；（2）表面比較光滑，表面粗糙度小，對模具型腔與型芯的精度要求較高。本次設計使用了當前比較流行的制圖軟件AutoCAD及模具設計軟件Pro/E。
此次設計的過程中查閱了大量的模具設計資料，通過牙簽蓋模具的設計與應用，同原有的設計方法相比，模具的應用提升了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，模具整體設計的思路和要求符合現(xiàn)代設計潮流和未來的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract The plastical mold is a kind of craft equipment in the plastic industrial production which uses the specific shape and through certain way to shape plastic products. The mold technology, specially, the one of designing and manufacturing the large-scale, precise and long-life mold has become an important symbol of the level of a national mechanical design and manufacture.
This design is a plastic mold. This product is a kind of daily-life thing and its material is thermoplastic ABS. ABS is a kind of material which is current used quite widespread. This production has the following characteristics: (1) the internal structure are complex;but the workpiece need a core to pump a side. (2) the surface of the product is smooth, so the surface roughness is small; This design has used current quite popular charting software AutoCADand mold design software Pro/E.
I have consulted massive materials of the plastic mold design and manufacture in this design process .Through the design and application of the cover ,the processing technology ，compared with previous technology ,which increase the quality of the product. The overall design mentality and request conform to the modern design tidal and development direction of the future.
