摘 要
工廠車間巡檢系統(tǒng)就是利用巡檢儀采集數(shù)據(jù)，然后用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析、
計(jì)算、綜合的自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)。巡檢員在車間規(guī)定的時(shí)間段內(nèi)到定點(diǎn)巡檢各設(shè)備，同時(shí)在巡檢儀上刷卡，包括自己的員工IC卡和巡檢點(diǎn)的IC卡。這樣保證了整個(gè)車間設(shè)備的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，同時(shí)也貫徹落實(shí)了“全員、全過(guò)程、全天候”抓安全生產(chǎn)的管理指導(dǎo)思想。
整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可分為四個(gè)大的模塊，每個(gè)模塊又可分成若干細(xì)節(jié)。這四個(gè)模塊包括：系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、故障處理、查詢及打印。其中系統(tǒng)設(shè)置包括口令設(shè)置、巡檢點(diǎn)設(shè)置、班次設(shè)定、允差時(shí)間設(shè)置等；數(shù)據(jù)接收只接收讀卡器內(nèi)的原始數(shù)據(jù)，將數(shù)據(jù)插入到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)；故障處理分為巡檢儀故障，巡檢員IC卡故障，巡檢點(diǎn)IC卡故障，每一種故障都有不同的處理方法；查詢及打印包括個(gè)人巡檢查詢、全體巡檢查詢、個(gè)人逾時(shí)查詢、全體逾時(shí)記錄的查詢。
從原始數(shù)據(jù)到基本表的實(shí)現(xiàn)是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)，它提供了員工出勤的基本信息，形成出勤表，它是形成總體缺勤記錄的第一步，在這個(gè)模塊中，涉及到巡檢點(diǎn)、巡檢員的基本信息，還有故障的分析提示，口令的設(shè)置等。在設(shè)計(jì)本模塊時(shí)，描述了它的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)造，故障的分析，以及程序的生成。由于我做的是底層工作，所以偏重于數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)造，為其它的模塊提供了結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，字段完備的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以供連接。
為了實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠車間巡檢系統(tǒng)，采用Visual Basic 6.0 編程；和使用Miscrosoft Access 97 進(jìn)行建庫(kù)；在Windows 95/98操作系統(tǒng)下運(yùn)行。
總之,所開(kāi)發(fā)的系統(tǒng)基本具備以上所列的功能，當(dāng)然,在某些方面還有待提高。

Factory Workshop Circuit System
ABSTRACT

Factory Workshop Circuit System is an Automatic Management System which uses circuit apparatus picking data information and then handles the data in computer with systematic analysis、calculating、generalization. Circuit worker must check every equipment in defined period of time and at the same time he must brush the IC card(including both his own IC card and the circuit point IC card) .Thus ensures the smooth operation of all workshop equipment and carries through the management thought emphasized on safe producing “all person、whole course、all time”.
The whole system can be devided into four big modules, each module can be demarcated into some details. The four modules include system setting、data transportation、malfunction disposal、searching and print .“System Setting” includes password setting、circuit point setting、workgroup setting、deflection time allowed setting and so on; “Data Receive” receives original data stored in circuit equipment only, and inserts the data into database; “Malfunction Disposal” includes circuit equipment malfunction、workers’ IC card malfunction、circuit point IC card malfunction. Each malfunction has a different disposal method; “Searching and Print” includes personal circuit searching，the whole circuit searching, personal expiry searching and the whole expiry searching.
It’s the base of the whole system that forming original data information into basic table, it offers the information of workers attended and forms into absence table. Thus is the first step to achieve the record of all absence. This module touchs on the basic information of circuit points and circuit workers, on the analysis clue message about malfunction and on password setting. During design this module ,the article describes its database structure, malfunction analysis and the accomplishment of programme. Since my work is a basement work, I paid more attention to the design of the database in order to offer other modules a structure-claritied , field-integrated database for connecting.
In order to realize factory workshop circuit system, I took advantage of Visual Basic 6.0 in programming and building the database with Access 97 on the operation system Windows 9X.
To sum up, the system I developped has the function alluded above. Surely there is a lot to enhance in some aspects.
