摘 要

學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)是典型的管理信息系統(tǒng)(MIS)，管理信息系統(tǒng)起初應(yīng)用于最基礎(chǔ)的工作，如打印報表，從而發(fā)展到檔案管理系統(tǒng)、人事管理等項目管理。本文具體介紹了學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合各高校檔案管理的實際要求，結(jié)合檔案管理的實際流程，本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了學(xué)生信息的基本情況、學(xué)生各種信息的查詢、添加、刪除等功能。其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個方面。對于數(shù)據(jù)庫，要求其完整性和安全性好；而對于應(yīng)用程序則要求程序完備、使用方便靈活等。Microsoft公司的Visual Basic 6.0開發(fā)工具,有各種各種面向?qū)ο蟮目丶瑢⒃赩isual Basic 6.0中使用ADO控件連接Access數(shù)據(jù)庫，將存在數(shù)據(jù)庫的信息通過界面顯示出來，并進行修改，查詢等操作。文章闡述了用Access2000和Visual Basic 6.0開發(fā)學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法與實現(xiàn)方法。

Abstract

Students File Management System is typical of management information systems (MIS), MIS initially applied to the most basic work, such as printing statements, which to archive management system personnel management project management.
