奶牛血液生化指標的測定

摘要：本文以健康黑白花奶牛為試驗對象，研究了不同環(huán)境溫度（θ/℃10、10-20、20-30、30-40）對奶牛血清各項生化指標的影響。利用血液指標試劑盒的方法測定血液中部分生化指標如血清總蛋白（TP）、血清白蛋白（A）、乳酸脫氫酶（LDH）、谷丙轉氨酶（GPT）、谷草轉氨酶（GOT）、堿性磷酸酶（AKP）、肌酐（CRE）、葡萄糖（GLU），其含量利用MD—100自動生化儀進行了測定。統計結果顯示：黑白花奶牛血液中總蛋白含量為58.00±18.53（g/l），白蛋白含量為36.02±3.64（g/l），LDH含量為301.38±11.07u/l，GPT含量為103.40±18.90（u/l），GOT含量為141.94±24.47（u/l），AKP含量為7.61±2.34u/l， Glu含量為1.24±0.15(mmol/l)，CRE含量為231.78±59.65(mmol/l)。結果顯示，所測得的值之間無顯著差異，同時說明在不同的環(huán)境溫度下，南方黑白花奶牛血液中的某些生化指標如AKP、LDH等的含量可能發(fā)生一定的變化，使機體能適應不斷變化的外界環(huán)境。

DETERMINATION OF BLOOD BIOCHENICAL INDEXES OF COW

Abstract：An experiment was conducted to observe the effects of different temperatures (θ/℃10、10-20、20-30、30-40) on some biochemical indices in blood of cows. Utilize blood inspection rule means to ascertain by measuring in the blood the part of biochemical indices like LDH、GPT、GOT、AKP、total protein of blood (TP)、Glucose(Glu) 、Albumin(A) . The results has been measured by the MD —100 automatic biochemistry instrument .The display is kill in the statistics ：Invariably confusing in the blood of cow s total protein content act as 58.00±18.53（g/l）, Albumin content is 36.02±3.64（g/l）, LDH's content is 301.38±11.07u/l,GPT's content is103.40±18.90 （u/l），GOT's content is 141.94±24.47（u/l）,AKP's content is 7.61±2.34u/l,Glu's content is 1.24±0.15(mmol/l),CRE's content is 231.78±59.65(mmol/l).All of these show that with the environmental temperature changed ,the biochemical indices may change themselves to adapt the environmental temperature.
