摘 要
零售業(yè)的開放是一個(gè)新世紀(jì)的新課題。通過分析了解我國(guó)零售業(yè)國(guó)際化的概況以及零售業(yè)國(guó)際化的動(dòng)因;為了具有參照性,對(duì)國(guó)外零售業(yè)的國(guó)際化狀況進(jìn)行分析,分析他們的概況以及在中國(guó)投資的影響;總結(jié)本土競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下中國(guó)與外國(guó)連鎖零售企業(yè)所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,指出外國(guó)零售企業(yè)的先進(jìn)之處和中國(guó)零售企業(yè)的不足;在對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合當(dāng)今零售業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)提出未來中國(guó)零售企業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。

Abstract
The opening of the retailing industry is a new task of new country. Through the analyzing, we can know that the general situation of the retailing industry’s internationalization in china and the reason of retailing industry’s internationalization; we analyze the condition of the overseas retailing industry’s internationalization and their general situation and the effect of the investment in china for consulting; we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and overseas chain retailing company in domestic competing situations, then analyze, point out the advanced point of the overseas retailing industry and the lacking point of the Chinese retailing company; based on the contradistinctive analyzing, combining the trend of present retailing industry’s development, we could make the developing strategy for the Chinese retailing industry in the future.
