摘要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有常規(guī)C620普通車(chē)床的缺點(diǎn)提出數(shù)控改裝方案,來(lái)提高加工精度和擴(kuò)大機(jī)床使用范圍,并提高生產(chǎn)率。本論文說(shuō)明了普通車(chē)床的數(shù)控化改造的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,較詳盡地介紹了C620機(jī)械改造部分的設(shè)計(jì)。數(shù)控系統(tǒng)為購(gòu)買(mǎi)系統(tǒng),采用以8031為CPU的控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行處理,由I/O接口輸出步進(jìn)脈沖,經(jīng)一級(jí)齒輪傳動(dòng)減速后,帶動(dòng)滾動(dòng)絲杠轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)縱向、橫向的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)和步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位。
改造過(guò)程如下:(1)C620車(chē)床主軸轉(zhuǎn)速部分保留原機(jī)床的手動(dòng)變速功能,并在主軸后面安裝一個(gè)光電編碼器實(shí)現(xiàn)切削螺紋功能。(2)機(jī)械部分改造:包括刀架改造和橫向進(jìn)給方向的改造。主要包括對(duì)滾珠絲杠螺母副及反應(yīng)式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的計(jì)算選擇,橫向機(jī)構(gòu)裝配圖方案的制定,刀架換上自動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)刀架。橫向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)改造,將原來(lái)的普通絲桿換成滾珠絲杠在由步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng);刀架部分應(yīng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)換刀功能,將原來(lái)的刀架改為四方刀架自動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)刀架,在由三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)完成轉(zhuǎn)位。

The C620 Lathe of Tool and CNC horizontal feed system reform and structural design
Abstract: In view of the existing C620 Conventional Lathe CNC conversion of the shortcomings of the program proposed to increase the machining accuracy and expand the scope of machine use, and increase productivity. This paper describes the general transformation of CNC lathe of the design process, a more detailed description of transformation of C620 part of the design of machinery. Numerical control system for the purchase of systems, the use of 8031 for the CPU of the control system signals are processed by the I / O interface stepper pulse output, with a gear reducer, the drive screw rotating roll in order to achieve the vertical, horizontal feed movement and the stepper motor-driven translocation.
Transformation process as follows: (1) C620 lathe spindle speed part of the manual machine tools to keep the speed function and the spindle behind the installation of a photoelectric encoder functions to achieve the cutting thread. (2) the mechanical parts of the transformation: the transformation including the turret and the horizontal direction of the transformation of feed. Mainly on the ball screw pair and the reaction of the calculated choice of stepper motor, a horizontal body assembly programs, automatic rotary tool turret replaced. Horizontal feed system will be replaced by the original ordinary screw ball screws driven by stepper motors to achieve the feed movement; tool should be able to achieve part of ATC functions, the tool will replace the original four-party tool Automatic rotary tool holder, in the three-phase asynchronous motor driven by the completion of translocation.
