摘要:拉刀的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,數(shù)據(jù)繁多,普通的設(shè)計(jì)方法存在重復(fù)性勞動(dòng),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程度低、周期長(zhǎng)等缺點(diǎn),所以用CAD設(shè)計(jì)拉刀具有重要意義。
   本文主要是用VBA對(duì)AutoCAD進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)。首先選擇分層式拉刀,再選擇出容屑槽的形狀和種類,其中容屑系數(shù)K與被拉削的材料和切削厚度有關(guān)。不同的材料和厚度會(huì)造成K值的不同。接著輸入數(shù)據(jù),用公式計(jì)算出切削余量。保證加工表面達(dá)到規(guī)定的尺寸精度和表面質(zhì)量、拉刀有高的耐用度和壽命和拉刀的高生產(chǎn)率。再對(duì)拉刀分屑槽進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),分別用公式計(jì)算出分屑槽寬、分屑槽的個(gè)數(shù)。然后就是拉刀的校核模塊,計(jì)算出同時(shí)工作齒數(shù),拉刀同時(shí)工作齒數(shù)最好介于3-7之間保證同時(shí)工作齒數(shù)在3-8齒以內(nèi)。同時(shí)工作齒數(shù)大于8時(shí),會(huì)使冷卻潤(rùn)滑不充分,易使拉刀刀磨損或拉刀折斷。最后校核拉刀強(qiáng)度和拉床拉力,當(dāng)拉刀直徑叫較大時(shí),拉刀強(qiáng)度較大,使用時(shí)通常不用驗(yàn)算強(qiáng)度。當(dāng)拉刀直徑較小,使用條件改變時(shí),應(yīng)按計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。為了保證拉刀正常工作,拉刀危險(xiǎn)斷面初的應(yīng)力必須小于拉刀材料的許用應(yīng)力。其中計(jì)算所得到的拉削力,必須小于拉床的實(shí)際拉力。輸出校核結(jié)果。通過以上結(jié)果表明使用CAD設(shè)計(jì)拉刀可以提高拉刀的質(zhì)量。
