提要：隨著建筑工程項目化管理更加深入，項目管理的科學(xué)方法應(yīng)用更加廣泛，建筑業(yè)向更高層次發(fā)展，建立完善的建筑業(yè)專業(yè)分包體系，將是我國建筑市場發(fā)展的必然趨勢，在目前的環(huán)境中，采用集權(quán)式的公司發(fā)包，授權(quán)項目的實施管理，采取矩陣式的組織管理結(jié)構(gòu)，著重于合同管理和生產(chǎn)過程目標管理的方式，是較為有效的分包管理形式。
