學(xué)校在未成年學(xué)生傷害事故中的責(zé)任問題淺析

內(nèi)容提要：當(dāng)前，我國未成年學(xué)生傷害事故頻頻發(fā)生，使得未成年學(xué)生傷害事故日益引起社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注，也促使教育界、法學(xué)界研究者思考和研究如何解決相關(guān)問題。這種事故的不斷發(fā)生，不僅給社會(huì)造成很多的不安定因素，而且對學(xué)校的教學(xué)、管理等造成重大影響，對校園正常教學(xué)秩序和管理秩序造成沖擊。因此，加強(qiáng)對這種事故及其責(zé)任的研究，在法律上提出妥善的處理原則和辦法，對提高教學(xué)管理秩序，加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的法律保護(hù)，都具有重要的意義。

Abstract：At present, of our country under age students injure accident take place again and again, make student injure accident cause the extensive concerns of various circles of society day by day, Impel the education circle, researchers of law circles to think and study how to solve the relevant problem too. The taking place constantly of this kind of accident, not merely cause a lot of factor leading to social instabilities to society, And, management, etc. cause teaching in school great influences is normal teaching manage. So, strengthen the study on this kind of accident and responsibility and put forward the treatment principle and method properly legally, To raising teaching order of managing, it strengthens legal protection in student have important meanings.
