成績管理系統(tǒng)研究

摘要
隨著教育信息化的不斷發(fā)展，成績統(tǒng)計成為學(xué)校教學(xué)管理中十分重要又相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的管理工作之一，單純的采用傳統(tǒng)的手工處理已經(jīng)不符合教育和管理的要求，而計算機具有運算速度快，處理能力強等特點，很自然地進入到這一應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中。因此為了保證學(xué)校的信息流暢，工作高效，有必要設(shè)計一個學(xué)生考試成績統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)。這不但能使教務(wù)人員從復(fù)雜的成績統(tǒng)計中解脫出來，而且對于推動教學(xué)的發(fā)展也起到非常重要的作用。
本文結(jié)合學(xué)生考試成績統(tǒng)計的實際需要，通過對VB6.0開發(fā)工具。Microsoft Access數(shù)據(jù)庫的深入學(xué)習(xí)及實踐，完成了學(xué)生考試成績系統(tǒng)的需求分析，數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計工作。緒論部分從整體上介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境以及選用的開發(fā)工具。第二部分對數(shù)據(jù)庫統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)以及其體系結(jié)構(gòu)進行了介紹，為深入理解數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用打下了基礎(chǔ)。第三部分介紹了開發(fā)工具VB6.0特點和功能。第四部分分析了學(xué)生考試成績統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求，對整個系統(tǒng)進行了功能模塊劃分，并通過ER圖對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行概念設(shè)計，利用Access
2000建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表格和表間關(guān)系。第五部分描述了學(xué)生考試成績統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)方法。介紹了整個系統(tǒng)的功能模塊劃分，及各個模塊的實現(xiàn)過程，并對設(shè)計源代碼進行了注釋分析。最后是總結(jié)，致謝和參考文獻。

Along with the education the information turns of develop continuously, the score statisticses to become the school teaching management the inside very important again and very complicated of one of the management works, the traditional handicraft in pure adoption handles to have noted agree with to match the education with the request of the management, but the calculator has to carry to calculate the speed quick, handle strong etc. in ability characteristics, enter to use the realm all to this very naturally.Therefore is flowing freely for the sake of the information that guarantee the school, work efficiently, have the necessity design a student the examination the score statisticses system.This not only can make educational administration the personnel sets free out from the complicated score statisticses, but also rises development that push teaching very much count for much function.
