摘要: 對(duì)一年生大葉白蠟實(shí)生苗用2種不同濃度的赤霉素、2,4-D進(jìn)行處理。結(jié)果表明:兩種生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑在不同濃度下施用對(duì)大葉白蠟幼苗生長(zhǎng)所起的作用差別較大。兩種生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑在較低濃度下對(duì)白蠟幼苗的高生長(zhǎng)有較明顯的促進(jìn)作用,高濃度對(duì)白蠟幼苗高生長(zhǎng)卻表現(xiàn)出了明顯的抑制作用。兩種生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑不同濃度下對(duì)白蠟幼苗徑生長(zhǎng)均有不同程度的促進(jìn)作用,其中以500ppm的赤霉素、250ppm的2,4-D最為明顯。
Different concentration treatments of two growth regulators were tested on seedlings of FraxinusamericanaL.The results show:Obvious differences were found in the growth of FraxinusamericanaL. Under different concentration treatments of two growth regulators.Relative remarkably Promotion on seedling height growth was discovered if treated at low concentrations,while treated at high concentrations show obviously inhibition on seedling height growth.Among all concentration treatments,gibberellin with 500 ppms and 2,4-D with 250 ppm has obvious effect.
