摘 要
數(shù)字控制是近代發(fā)展起來的一種自動化控制技術(shù)是用數(shù)字化信號對機床運動極其加工過程進行控制的一種方法,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)控機床已經(jīng)是一個國家機械工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
數(shù)控機床是裝有程序控制系統(tǒng)的機床。該系統(tǒng)能夠邏輯地處理具有使用號碼,或其他符號編碼指令規(guī)定的程序。數(shù)控機床是以數(shù)控技術(shù)為代表的新技術(shù)對傳統(tǒng)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的滲透形成的機電一體化產(chǎn)品,起技術(shù)范圍覆蓋很多領(lǐng)域:(1)機械制造技術(shù)(2)信息處理、加工、傳輸技術(shù);(3)自動控制技術(shù);(4)伺服驅(qū)動技術(shù);(5)傳感技術(shù);(6軟件技術(shù)等。計算機對傳統(tǒng)機械業(yè)的滲透,完全改變了制造業(yè)。制造業(yè)不但成為工業(yè)化的象征,而且由于信息技術(shù)的滲透,使制造業(yè)猶如朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),具有廣闊的發(fā)展天地。數(shù)控機床就是將加工過程所需的各種步驟以及刀具與工件之間的相對位移量都是用數(shù)字化的代碼來表示。通過控制介質(zhì)數(shù)字信息送入專用區(qū)域通用的計算機。計算機對輸入的信息進行處理,發(fā)出各種指令來控制機床的伺服系統(tǒng)或其他執(zhí)行元件,使機床自動加工出所需要的工件。

ABSTRACT
Digital control is modern developed a kind of automation control technology is to use digital signal of machine movement extremely processing process control one method, with the rapid development of science and technology, nc machine tools is a national mechanical industry level of important standard. Nc machine is equipped with process control system of machine tools. This system can be logically dealt with using number, or other symbols coded instructions formulary program. Nc machine tools based on numerical control technology, as a representative of the new technology to the penetration of traditional manufacturing industry, formed the mechtronie product range covers many fields as a technology (1) mechanical manufacturing technology (2) information processing, processing and transmission technology; (3) automatic control technology; (4) servo drive technology; (5) sensor technology;
