內(nèi)容提要
水輪發(fā)電機(jī)是指以水輪機(jī)為原動機(jī)將水能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的發(fā)電機(jī)。水流經(jīng)過水輪機(jī)時,將水能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械能,水輪機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸又帶動發(fā)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子,轉(zhuǎn)子磁軛用來構(gòu)成磁路并固定磁極,是低速水輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子上的位于轉(zhuǎn)子支架和磁極之間的部件,磁極產(chǎn)生磁場,然后定子線圈切割磁力線產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電動勢與感應(yīng)電流,將機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換為電能而輸出,是水電站生產(chǎn)電能的主要的動力設(shè)備。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究中小型水輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子磁軛的加工工藝,而磁軛的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有多種,本次編制加工工藝的對象是整圓磁軛結(jié)構(gòu),即將磁軛加工成一個實(shí)心整體,熱套于主軸上。這種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,加工制造方便,能更好的符合中小型水輪發(fā)電機(jī)的要求。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中我進(jìn)行了如下的工作,即進(jìn)行了中小型水輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子磁軛加工工藝的編制以及鉆端面螺紋孔的夾具設(shè)計(jì)。由于結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和剛度的要求,通風(fēng)形式以及安裝運(yùn)輸?shù)纫蛩貙D(zhuǎn)子磁軛的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有直接影響,由此采用的加工工藝也不同。近年來由于機(jī)組的容量不斷增加,結(jié)構(gòu)形式隨之在改變,以滿足不同工況下的運(yùn)行條件。
本夾具主要用來鉆端面孔 。這兩個工藝孔均沒有尺寸精度要求,按IT14等級精度加工,表面粗糙度為 ,孔軸線與轉(zhuǎn)子磁軛軸孔線軸向平行。本道工序?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)子磁軛加工的第六道工序,加工到本道工序時只完成了端面和圓面的粗車。因此在本道工序加工時主要應(yīng)考慮如何提高勞動生產(chǎn)率以及降低勞動強(qiáng)度。

In recent years as a result of unit capacity increases ceaselessly, structure resulting in the change, in order to meet the needs of different working conditions operating conditions.
The clamp is mainly used for drilling. The two hole is not the precision requirement, according to IT14 grade precision machining, surface roughness, the hole axis and parallel to the axis of a rotor yoke. The process for the rotor yoke processing of the sixth processes, processing to this procedure only completed the end face and the circular surface of coarse, fine milling. So then the process processing mainly should consider how to improve labor productivity, reduce labor intensity.
