基于Pro/E的拖把洗滌甩干機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:市場(chǎng)上雖然出現(xiàn)了一些新式拖把,但在最基本的使用方面和老式的拖把相比,也沒(méi)什么差別。然而,不管是新式還是老式的拖把,最使用戶感覺(jué)不便的是拖把洗凈后要把水?dāng)Q干的確很為難,不是用腳踩就是用手?jǐn)Q。為了降低成本,使用方便,同時(shí)本著“為平凡生活中的細(xì)節(jié)而創(chuàng)新”的宗旨,本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一種即可清洗拖把又可甩干拖把的基于Pro/E的拖把洗滌甩干機(jī)。該拖把洗滌甩干機(jī)采用整體呈“L”型推拉式設(shè)計(jì),由執(zhí)行部分(拖把清洗、拖把甩干)和傳動(dòng)部分(齒輪傳動(dòng)、帶傳動(dòng))組成,其機(jī)械動(dòng)力性好,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離涮洗、拖地,利用離心力甩水,省力又省時(shí);具有高效齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)(增大傳動(dòng)比),保證踩踏輕便的同時(shí)也保證了離心力持續(xù)供應(yīng),而且甩水箱與涮洗箱各自獨(dú)立地裝有導(dǎo)水管,實(shí)現(xiàn)污水的定點(diǎn)排放。本課題所設(shè)計(jì)的拖把洗滌甩干機(jī),其傳動(dòng)裝置簡(jiǎn)易,使用操作方便,同時(shí)減少了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,也能提高工作效率,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,適用于家庭、學(xué)校等尤其適合公共場(chǎng)所大面積場(chǎng)地的衛(wèi)生清潔,也適合大范圍的推廣使用。

The Design of A Mop Washing Dryer Based On Pro/E And The Design of Process Technology
Abstract:Though some new type mops emerge in the market,it makes little difference on the basic use with the old-fashioned ones.However,no matter new or old style the mop is, what has not changed is the customers’ feelings.It’s really difficult to dry the mop when it’s cleaned—you have to either use your feet or hands.With the belief “innovate for the details in everyday life”,we’ve designed a mop centrifugal washing dryer based on Pro/E ,which can both clean and dry the mop to reduce the costs and make it easy to use.Overall the mop centrifugal washing dryer adopts the “L shaped” push and pull design and it constitutes the implementation part and transmition agent,where the implementation part means cleaning and drying the mop,while the the transmission agent consists of gear transmission and belt transmission.It owns the merit of wonderful mechanical power.By utilizing the centrifugal force rejecting water,at the same time we can achieve long-range washing purposes and mopping the floor, thus saving both time and energy.On the other hand,its high efficiency gear transmission system guarantees the easy trampling and continuous supply of centrifugal force.What’s more,the rejection water tank and washing purposes box are equipped with aqueduct independently,which enables the fixed-point implementation of sewage discharge.The mop washing drying machine we’ve designed have simple transmission device and convenient operation technique.It not only can reduce labor intensity,but also can improve the work efficiency and meet the design requiments.Simultaneously,it suits a lot for families and schools,especially for the cleaning and sanitation of large public areas,also for promoting the use of large-scale.
