摘 要

模具是制造業(yè)的重要工藝基礎(chǔ),在我國,模具制造屬于專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)。中國雖然很早就開始制造模具和使用模具,但長期未形成產(chǎn)業(yè)。直到20世紀(jì)80年代后期,中國模具工業(yè)才駛?cè)氚l(fā)展的快車道。近年,不僅國有模具企業(yè)有了很大發(fā)展,三資企業(yè)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)模具企業(yè)的發(fā)展也相當(dāng)迅速。冷沖壓模具在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中具有很重要的作用,其在機械制造、電子、電器 等各行各業(yè)中都有廣泛的應(yīng)用。用冷沖壓加工方法可以得到形狀復(fù)雜、用其它加工方法難以加工的工件,如薄殼零件等。冷沖壓的尺寸精度是由模具保證的,因此,尺寸穩(wěn)定,互換性好。
多工位級進模是在普通級進模的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的精密、高效、高壽命的先進模具。多工位級進模在不同的工位可以連續(xù)完成復(fù)雜零件的沖裁、彎曲、拉深、翻孔、翻邊及其它成形等工序。主要用于生產(chǎn)批量大、材料厚度較薄、形狀復(fù)雜、精度要求較高的中小型沖壓件的生產(chǎn)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計以N5汽車前門后視鏡支承板級進模具設(shè)計為題,內(nèi)容包括產(chǎn)品的工藝分析和設(shè)計模具的整個沖壓模設(shè)計的流程。首先,從該產(chǎn)品的特點入手,通過進行工藝分析,確定該制件的加工流程,用一套級進模依次完成沖孔、裁剪、彎曲沖壓、沖孔沖裁落料。闡述了本次支承板零件級進模具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)特點及工作過程,應(yīng)注意的問題和裝配工藝性。重點分析了浮動托料導(dǎo)向裝置和安全保護裝置設(shè)計原理與過程。送料裝置與安全保護裝置的設(shè)計是本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的難點和創(chuàng)新點,它在未來的模具發(fā)展中具有重要的實用性。

Abstract
The mold is the manufacturing industry important craft foundation, in our country, the mold manufacture belongs to the special purpose equipment manufacturing industry.
