摘要
本次論文設(shè)計(jì)的題目是“二級(jí)圓柱直齒齒輪減速器”。進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)并完成減速器裝配圖、零件設(shè)計(jì)。
本次的設(shè)計(jì)具體內(nèi)容主要包括:傳動(dòng)裝置的總體設(shè)計(jì);傳動(dòng)零件的設(shè)計(jì);主要零部件的工藝設(shè)計(jì),撰寫畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書等。
對(duì)于即將畢業(yè)的我們來(lái)說(shuō),本次設(shè)計(jì)的最大成果就是:綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械制圖、機(jī)械制造基礎(chǔ)、金屬材料與熱處理、材料力學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)、生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐等知識(shí)。掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的一般程序、方法、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律、技術(shù)措施,并與生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)想結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)分析和解決一般工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,具備了機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置,簡(jiǎn)單機(jī)械的設(shè)計(jì)和制造的能力。
Abstract
This thesis design topic is "level 2 cylindrical spur toothed gear reducer". Structure design and complete the reducer assembly drawing, component design.
This design specific content mainly includes: the overall design; transmission device Transmission parts design; The process design of the main parts, writing the graduation design manuals etc.
For the us to graduate from the biggest achievements, this design is: comprehensive use of mechanical design, mechanical drawing, machinery manufacturing base, metal material and heat treatment, material mechanics, computer application foundation, production practice knowledge. Mastering mechanical design general procedures, methods, design rules, technical measures and and production practice, combining training to analyze and solve practical engineering problems commonly the capacity, with the mechanical transmission device, simple mechanical design and manufacturing ability.
