摘 要
隨著我國模具行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,加之各種性能優(yōu)越的工程塑料的不斷開發(fā),塑料成型工藝越來越多地用于成形各種性能要求的產(chǎn)品。
本論文屬于注射成型模具設計,分析了數(shù)碼相機電池充電器外殼的工藝特點,介紹數(shù)碼相機電池充電器外殼注射模具的結構。重點介紹了其設計方法和過程,分析和闡述了數(shù)碼相機電池充電器外殼的材料,結構要素,塑件的尺寸公差和精度的選擇,塑件的成型工藝性主要包括塑件的壁厚,斜度和圓角以及是否有抽芯機構。通過以上的分析來確定模具分型面、型腔數(shù)目、澆口形式、位置大?。黄渲凶钪匾氖谴_定型芯和型腔的結構,例如是采用整體式還是鑲拼式,以及它們的定位和固緊方式。此外還分析了模具受力,脫模機構的設計,合模導向機構的設計,冷卻系統(tǒng)的設計等。注射機的選擇和校核,成型零件的工作尺寸的計算, 斜頂桿的設計,澆注系統(tǒng)的設計,以及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設計, 脫模推出機構的設計,模架及標準件的選擇。 根據(jù)計算和查閱得來的資料,借助大型三維設計軟件Pro/e實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品造型、模具分型、模具結構設計,得到了直觀的數(shù)碼相機電池充電器注射模的設計模型,然后,轉換成CAD格式。
通過對塑件的分析決定采用潛伏式澆口,利用推桿頂料及內(nèi)抽芯方式并對模具的材料進行了選擇。如此設計出的結構可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結構與注射機的匹配進行了校核。并用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
